Bierstube produces two types of special beer for its customers, both made from the crystal clear waters of the Civetta and the best malts and hops from Germany and Bohemia.
Our beers, called "Alleghe" and "Civetta", are neither pasteurised nor filtered, nor do we add preservatives. In practice, they are natural and integral beers, as they do not undergo any of the processes practised by industry to extend their shelf life.
Our beer is therefore a living product, rich in natural beneficial substances such as yeasts, vitamins and antioxidants.
The purity and quality of the water, the careful choice of malt and hops, the wise and accurate processing combined with direct tapping from the vats of maturation by gravity, make our beers unique and inimitable.
