After channelling into the deep gorge of the Comelle Gorge, the water of the Liera stream, roars powerfully and thunderously down two waterfalls that can be reached by a path through the meadows and woods of the Val di Gares, in Agordino.
The trail starts from Cima Comelle Hut and will take you first to the Lower Waterfall and then to the Upper Waterfall. As you walk you can hear the increasingly powerful sound of the two waterfalls.
