Delicious Trail Dolomiti

Registrations for the Delicious Trail Dolomiti, the event dedicated to trail running that crosses the spectacular paths of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site, will officially kick off on Wednesday, February 26, at 12 PM. The appointment for the ninth edition is set for Saturday, September 27, with departures from Cortina d’Ampezzo, Pocol, and from Alta Badia.

It is an unmissable event for off-road enthusiasts offering three scenic routes:

1) Delicious Trail Dolomiti, specifically 43 kilometers with approximately 3,100 meters of positive elevation gain; a challenging challenge starting from the center of Cortina d’Ampezzo at 7 AM, when the mountains turn pink, to be tackled in semi-sufficiency and within a maximum time of 11 hours.

2) Medium Trail Dolomiti – One Step Beyond, a route of 35 kilometers for 1,900 meters of positive elevation gain, starting at 9 AM from the center of La Villa, in Alta Badia, with a maximum travel time of 9 hours. An intermediate option for those who want to measure themselves over a more accessible distance and wish to discover not one but two locations, fully enjoying the charm of the Dolomites.

3) Short Delicious Trail Dolomiti of 23 kilometers, for 1,300 meters of positive elevation gain, starting at 10:15 AM from Pocol and with a maximum travel time of 7 hours. The race takes place along a route suitable for everyone, yet equally captivating, ideal for those who wish to experience a shorter adventure.

All three competitions will arrive at Pocol, where the PalaDelicious is located, a tent structure created for the occasion where you can taste gastronomic proposals prepared by the lodges and restaurants recognized as true excellences of Cortina d’Ampezzo.

The event is not just a race but a true celebration of sport, nature, and gastronomy, involving local lodges and restaurants that offer trail runners typical specialties of the region, as well as gourmet reinterpretations.

Registrations will be available online on the official event website; athletes are invited to register promptly to secure a race number (all three events are by closed number) and to experience an unforgettable adventure among the most beautiful peaks in the world.
