Learn together with the dairy master the techniques of cheese making from milk to finished product!
You will be able to taste the fresh products you make!
The start of the experience is at 2:00 p.m. with a briefing about the experience (duration 30 minutes), after which the partecipants will move to the production room for about an hour and a half / two producing one batch of cheese and one batch of ricotta cheese.
Participants will then be taken to the tasting room for a report on the work done and an aperitif with samples of the cheeses produced.
Each participant will have the opportunity to take home a ricotta cheese made by themselves!
