The Winter Olympic Games are coming back to Cortina. After the 1956 edition, the 2026 Olympics and Paralympics will, in fact, be held between Milan and Cortina.

The famous Olympia delle Tofane slope will host alpine skiing, paralympic alpine skiing and para snowboarding competitions. Even bobsleigh, skeleton, luge, curling, and wheelchair curling competitions will be held in Cortina.
