AXEL4trek: we are a group of Environmental Hiking Guides who live and operate mainly in the Belluno Dolomites, a unique territory rich in beauty.
We are all members of AIGAE, the main National Association in the field, and we have achieved professional accreditation through a certified training course, constantly enriched by regular updates. This preparation is complemented by a long field experience, gained over years of activity and strengthened through direct contact with nature and the many people we accompany.
While aware that zero risk does not exist in nature, we firmly believe that the combination of training and experience is the key to ensuring a good level of safety. For this reason, our activities are primarily conducted in environments that we know well, to minimize unforeseen events. At the same time, we enjoy exploring less-trodden paths and venturing into wilder places, where nature expresses itself in all its authenticity, sometimes gentle, sometimes harsh, but always fascinating.
We offer experiences that reflect the intrinsic values of the mountain: respect, for the environment and for people, sacrifice, which gives depth and value to what we experience, humility, to remind us of our small but significant dimension, slowness and silence, trustworthy companions on every journey, teaching us to live time in harmony and to listen to nature and ourselves.
Our proposals range from the valley floor to the peaks, embracing every level of difficulty, from the most well-known paths to the lesser-known ones.
We are active throughout the Province of Belluno and the surrounding areas, including the Belluno Dolomites National Park and other natural parks in the region. We offer daily hiking excursions, winter snowshoeing, summer and winter trekking, photographic and food & wine excursions, eBike outings, and customized experiences, including at dawn, sunset, or at night. Each activity is designed to experience the mountain authentically, rediscovering its essence and learning to know it with new eyes.
