The Fountains Tour is a naturalistic walkm immersed in the Pre-Alpine landscape of the Alano basin, which is also known with the name of Conca delle Medaglie d'Oro al Valor Militare. It is a path that leads to the rediscovery of the old water sources thatin the past have influenced the daily and social life of the country: the fountains.

The latter were one of the social meeting points of the past, where families found themselves during the ritual of supplying water necessary for everyday life. They were also the place of thw washing of clothes, called in dialect lissia, and game environment for children.

Here you will discover the importance of wtaer, which is the symbol of life, which in the past has been preserved as a precious jewel and a community good. Of particular attention is the fountain de la Calonega as it is an old wash house to this day still intact. With a small detour, you can also admire the Church of San Lorenzo, which is located on the top of a hill immersed in the woods in a truly suggestive landscape.
