Auronzo is of cultural as well as natural interest. In addition to history and art packed churches, Palazzo Corte Metto, the historic residence of the Corte Metto family in the town centre, is now the site of a multi-themed museum which hosts four distinct sections and a temporary exhibition room. The first and fourth floors contain sections devoted to the natural sciences while the second focuses on archaeology. The third floor hosts the local ANA section and contains World War One photographs and relics.
