The Hall is located on the first floor of the Praetorian Palace, rebuilt after the destructions of 1509-1510. Once, it was the private residence of the Venetian rector and now it is the seat of the City Hall.
It owes its name to the 45 coats of arms of the rectors who succeeded each other from the late 1400s to the 1600s. On the north wall, in addition to the blazons, appear effigies of the Patron Saints Vittore and Corona, meanwhile, on the east wall, there is the lion of St. Marco dating to the first half of the 17th century.
The present appearance of the wall paintings is due to the restoration carried out in 1941 by painter Attilio Corsetti. The polychrome wooden ceiling is 16th-century.
The Hall is free to visit during the opening hours of the municipal offices.
