It is a franciscan monastery built in the 13th century. The bell tower was rebuilt in 1882 after the earthquake in 1873 damage it. Inside there are two cloisters (15th century and 16th century) with central pit of 1730. Suppressed the convent in 1807, the building hosted the departemental high school in 1810 and from 1834 the new seminary, renovated in 1952 by the architect Alberto Alpago-Novello. In the little square there is the Motta fountain, from 1562.
