When you get to the top of the summit, from there you can admire the marvellous panorama of the Dolomites surrounding you on all sides. The panoramic iron paths, equipped with metal cables, rungs, and platforms, enable you to climb the mountain face even if you do not normally practise climbing.
The first iron paths of the Dolomites date back to the post-war period and mainly cover the trails used by the Alpini troops to reach the mountain peaks and outposts. In the course of time, these original trails, where you can still see evidence of First World War trenches, caves and manufacts, have been flanked by others leading to particularly panoramic spots.
If you have never tackled an iron road before, put yourself in the hands of a mountain guide to experience this adventure in perfect safety.
