Alla scoperta dei Cadini del Brenton, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II (Piazza Maggiore) - 32032 Feltre (BL) IT (0039) 04392540 feltrino@dolomitiprealpi.it www.dolomitiprealpi.it

Our excursion starts from the lake of Vedana, a small glacial lake located in the municipality of Sospirolo.

Following the road of the Mis valley between old tunnels, we reach first the Pian della Falcina, a wide open space with large parking lots very frequented in summer, until we get to the bottom of the lake where we find the jewels of the Dolomiti Bellunesi Park: the Soffia waterfall and the extraordinary Cadini del Brenton.

An easy-access path leads to a sequence of 15 deep cavities carved by the waters of the Brentòn stream, which flows from clear waterfalls. These wonderful erosion pots, located in the heart of the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park, amaze for the beauty of colors and perfection of shapes.

In the immediate vicinity, you can also walk along an additional equipped path that leads to the suspended terrace on the Soffia Waterfall: 12 meters of water jump that falls into a gorge equipped with a bridge and some tunnels dug in the cave below (only accessible if the lake is dry).

Here you must take a short walk and stop at the Osteria "La Soffia" before resuming our tour to the dairy "Camolino" and the Farm of Simo where you can find many products of the territory.
