Better known as "Macelleria da Gazzi", it sells products under the brand Parco Nazionale Dolomiti Bellunesi. In addition to cuts of meat, there is the luganega (lean meat of choice with the addition of soft fat, salt, ground pepper and minced garlic), the Belluno salami (with a mixture of beef and pork), the sopressa investida (in the middle of which there is a pig drop) and the lard in brine.
There are also smoked pork fillets, bacon and pendole (strips of meat placed in brine and then smoked) or the more traditional figadet (sausages in whose dough is also added liver) and pastin (sausage dough not stuffed and enriched with spices and aromas).
