The dairy farm of Tisoi, whose laboratory is located under the Schiara and the Gusela del Vescovà at the entrance of the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park, is a famous dairy of Belluno.
It has been able to combine agricultural tradition and innovation and is equipped with an area used as a cellar and laboratory for milk processing. It is also equipped with a shop at the gates of the historic center of the city of Belluno.
Among its products there are strong and delicate flavors, which still amaze us today for how they are skilfully mixed. These include schiz, butter, ricotta, caciotta, gorgonzola and mascarpone.
The most precious product, created thanks to the processing of their milk, is the agri-ice cream of the nearby ice cream shop "La Sorbetteria" (right next to the shop in Belluno) with a healthy and spectacular taste.
