Founded in 1932 and located at 560 masl, the dairy "S. Antonio Tortal" is a small cooperative that produces cheese, butter and ricotta with milk collected by many producers scattered in the area.
Each producer breeds his animals with natural foods. Try the typical local cheeses such as caciotta, schiz, the prince of Belluno cheeses, fresh ricotta and the wonderful butter.
