From the Boè stream. water reaches the mill thanls tjo a wood structure called ''bercia'', which is placed across he metal and wood mains which bring water to the mill wheels. Thanks to a wood shaft, the external waterwheel start a wood gear wheel called ''scur''. The ''scur'' sets in motion a little cylindrical gera called ''botejela''; which, on turn, sets in otion an iron shaft with the fjunction to carry and to move a grindston ewhich grinds barleycorns falling from a hopper called ''antermoia''. When the grindstone has reduced corns into powder, they are led into a wood duct, called 'kanon'', which ends into a container, called ''almierc dala farina'', where flours is taken before being manually sieved. In order to peel barley, the 'pestin'' spend 3 or 4 hours, after that barley and bran, stil, mixed, are manually removed in order to be sived.
