The route starts from the square of the sports ground of San Gregorio nelle Alpi. Leaving the square, continue left.
Pass the schools on whose walls you can admire the frescoes of Vico Calabrò, a professional Agordino artist in the practice of fresco painting, and continue the road of the Pedemontana to the junction for Maserolle on the left.
Continue on the main asphalted road until you reach Maserolle. Here, if you want, you can take a detour to the Veses stream, where the Via dell’Acqua passes, or continue along the main road until you return to the provincial road.
Cross this road, go slightly north and then take the road on the right that continues towards Fumach. Here is located the Church of San Bartolomeo, built in 1400 and famous for the frescoes of the Last Supper with shrimps.
From the church continue left, passing in front of the wonderful Villa Villabruna. Continue straight ahead, keeping to the left where a short but steep climb will begin, leading to the village of Barp where you can admire the rural architecture of this characteristic village.
Then you go up until you reach a further fork. Taking the left will be possible to return to the end of the ring passing next to the Church of Sant’Antoniio Abate, better known as that of the pig, famous for having cured for first the fire of Saint Anthony anointing the sick part with the fat of pig.
Going up, finally, you return to the Pedemontana and, turning left, you return to the starting point.
