The Ring of the Villas of Cart winds through an area particularly rich in villas, thanks to the environmental and landscape characteristics of this territory not far from the center of the city of Feltre.
The first villa encountered ascending the Viale di Cart from Foen is Villa Bonsembiante, built at the end of the 1700s.
Continuing along the avenue, you reach on the left Villa Vellaio, now Villa Emilia, surrounded by a vast green expanse that stretches and encompasses to the east the church of San Liberale.
Hidden among the trees, along the old road to Cart parallel to the current one, is the complex of Villa Villalta with a charming loggia.
Before reaching the fork of Via Romanella, midway along the avenue, the large complex of Villa Facen-Òrum stands on the right, which was originally intended to be the most important and wealthy on the hill.
Continuing towards Cart Alto and passing the Church of Santa Maria della Libera with works by Marascalchi, one can see Villa Bianco, a recent residential settlement dating from the 19th century, while resuming the descent, on the right, is Villa Zasio from the 17th century.
In the distance, towards the Vette Feltrine, Villa Villabruna can be seen, also from the 17th century, with the small chapel of San Silvestro.
Continuing to descend, one can admire the park of Villa Dei or Villa Rosada from the 17th century, and returning towards the village of Vellai one finds Villa Tomitano, part of the complex of the Agricultural Institute.
