You can start from the square of Tambre or from the parking lot of the headquarters ANA Tambre in S.Anna where the milestone A is located.
The severe State Property to which in 1548 was subjected the Cansiglio for the needs of the Arsenale of the Serenissima Republic of Venice required the confinement of the forest area that from that time became "The Great Wood of Reme of San Marco".
The Boundary Stones are natural boulders well rooted on the ground (not all), of different sizes and shapes. Carved by local stonemasons we find the initials of the Rectors and the year in which the checks were made from 1550 to 1795 and the hole where an iron cross was placed.
Currently the path connects 6 of the 20 registered in the municipal territory of Tambre. The return journey from Malga Pian de le Lastre follows the same route of the outward journey.
Alternative: from the same hut you can return by following the indications on the right of the "deer path" towards Malga Manteo or follow the road to Colindes Square and then descend to Tambre along the Le Val road.
