The Nevegal and Monte Avena are the two small skiing districts of Belluno and Feltre. Close to the two towns and therefore easy to reach, they are ideal for skiing in peace and quiet, far from the crowds.
The Nevegal, a panoramic terrace with a 360° view of the Dolomites, the Alpagota basin and the extensive Venetian plain. This is the ideal place for taking your first steps on skis but it can also provide plenty of satisfaction and fun for the more experienced skiers.
Mount Avena, at the entrance to the Belluno Dolomites National Park, offers 21 kilometres of ski runs for beginners and experts alike. Here, skiers enjoy a view that takes in the entire Velbelluna and the UNESCO Feltre Peaks.
The two districts are also perfect for snowshoe walking and alpine skiing.
