Mauria Pass - Giro d’Italia

The Mauria Pass connecting Lorenzago di Cadore in Veneto with Forni di Sopra in Friuli Venezia Giulia has witnessed challenges between some of the greatest champions in cycling history.

Tackle its bends unhurriedly as they rise for about 12 kilometres with an average gradient of 4.5% and enjoy the route winding through the woods that have also provided the backdrop, among other memorable episodes of the Giro, to the momentous challenges between Coppi and Bartali.
