A long ferrata, in a high mountain environment, which will take you to the eastern side of Marmolada, on a track of great historical significance.
The route, 4 kilometres long with 900 metres of elevation gain, is dedicated to the Cadore Brigade. It starts from Fedaia Pass and leads to Piz Serauta, in a decidedly long and varied route suitable for trained hikers.
The Eterna via ferrata, whose original name was Brigata Cadore , after a long period of closure was completely re-equipped along the old route. The exception is only the starting point, which has been moved further to the right, on compact slabs that are less prone to debris discharges.
In the background, we can see Marmolada, the Queen of the Dolomites, and the view from up here on clear days also includes the Venice lagoon.
