270 rungs ascending 70 metres up the wall make this a one-of-a-kind via ferrata.
The Minighel Ladder, built in 1904, is the oldest via ferrata in Cortina d’Ampezzo, and allows you to close the loop of the Tofana di Rozes, on its northern slope.
Its structure, made of rungs driven into the rock, requires concentration, but it is not technically difficult. It is precisely the peculiarity of the rungs, on which it is necessary to pay a lot of attention in wet weather, that makes this ferrata almost unique. From here, glimpses of Val Travenanzes are wonderful.
