A 6-kilometre long via ferrata with 1,000 metres of elevation gain will take you to a little-known and still wild corner of the Dolomites in Belluno. Despite its proximity to far more popular places, the probability of encountering other hikers along the entire route is in fact very low.
The tour is quite long (or very long, should you choose to reach the Dibona via ferrata) and leads through the little-visited place of Forame. The equipped section is not particularly difficult. However, there are some unequipped passages (in the gully crossings, in the descent from the summit, and on the ridge line before Forcella Gialla) where it is essential not to suffer from altitude sickness and be sure-footed. Descend by trail tracks to the springs of Rio Felizon and then through Vallone del Felizon until you cross the ascent trail.
