Cesare Piazzetta Via Ferrata

Climb up the walls of the Schiara to Gusela del Vescovà fork. 
The route, 2 kilometres long with 900 metres of elevation gain, is challenging: departure is from the VII Alpini mountain shelter to get to Gusela Fork, through the southern slope of the Schiara. Then you can continue along the Berti ferrata to reach the summit.
Incredible the fossil reef of Monte Schiara, the mountain of Dino Buzzati, the great writer from Belluno, who sang its praises several times. From here Valle dell’Ardo, that reaches Belluno, is magnificent.
